Due Date: November 24, 2009

Description:

You have been chosen to curate a major section of a planned exhibition at the newly constructed New Britain Museum of American Art. • A description of each piece to include: date, medium, size, artist as well as a short commentary on the work
• A descriptive abstract of the assigned style and period (with a 500 word minimum). This should describe what criteria was used to define this particular movement or style and what influence it had over subsequent artists. This information should be integrated into your class presentation.
• Bibliography
• Title Page/Promo

This exhibition shall be composed using PowerPoint software and submitted in its final form by the above deadline. All presentations should be saved to the FlinnHonorsArt folder on the student drive of our school server. Class presentations will follow.
